it says it's shipped with Windows 7 so it's not that old, and no, despite the computer is in pesos that's an offer to pay in credit, indeed computers are cheaper in the US it's a bad taste ad but blame the publisher, not the people that everyday is annoyed and ignore the ads or the manufacturer who had the misfortune of contracting retard monkeys as publishers
